Disclaimer: To benefit from our fixed-rate travel arrangement service, clients must acknowledge the following:

Service Limitation: This service is only available for pre-determined routes between the airport, the designated hotel, and specified events or on a clear approved and confirmed demand.

Client Information: Clients must provide the date of travel, their full name, and destination at the time of booking.

We charge a pre-authorized payment including the cost of a travel insurance for the time you are using our services. A one-time 150 USD charge per customer (otherwise a valid proof of travel insurance) only for liability reason. This charge is refundable after confirmation of travel arrangement completion, at the end of the trip / fare (recommended).
